Support for specific skilled foreigners
Leave it to Globest Japan

GLOBEST JAPAN is a registered support organization officially approved by the Immigration Services Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
Our Features
We mainly support Sri Lankan specific skilled workers.
Sri Lanka, a pro-Japanese country, is a beautiful island nation located in South Asia in the Indian Ocean.
Currently, Sri Lankans are the third largest group of people residing in Japan after Nepalese and Indians.
The national character of Sri Lankans is characterized by their friendly and sociable nature. They are also diligent and flexible, and have the ability to work diligently and flexibly while observing the situation. Another reason why Sri Lanka is chosen is that it is friendly and easy to coexist with Japan, as about 70% of the population is Buddhist.
At Globestos Japan, we provide support from native speakers who can respond appropriately to situations and act as a bridge between companies and foreign skilled workers.
A registered support organization is an organization that is commissioned by a specified skills organization (accepting company) to create and implement a support plan for the period of stay for specified skills type 1 foreign nationals to stably and smoothly carry out the activities of specified skills type 1. Accepting companies (organizations) that employ specified skills foreign nationals are called specified skills organizations.
